On-Site Dust Management Assessment
A ninety-minute visit to your rack or garage setup. We map dust entry points, measure thermal drift, and deliver a written maintenance calendar.
Who this is for
Home miners and small workshop operators running one to twelve units at 0.05 TH/s or higher who notice rising fan noise, thermal throttling, or visible dust on intake grilles. The assessment is designed for setups in apartments, converted garages, and light industrial units across Incheon and nearby Gyeonggi cities.
What you receive
- Thermal readings at idle and sustained load
- Photographs of intake paths, filter seating, and heat-sink gaps
- A laminated maintenance card with weekly, monthly, and seasonal tasks
- Filter mesh specifications compatible with your model (no proprietary parts required unless necessary)
- A plain-language report delivered within three business days
What is included
Our technician arrives with a particle counter, infrared thermometer, and a set of reference mesh samples. We run your rig at rated power for twenty minutes, record temperatures at three points, and disassemble only user-accessible panels. We do not flash firmware or modify pool settings.
What is excluded
- Bench repair of failed hash boards
- Electrical rewiring or panel upgrades
- Deep ultrasonic cleaning (available as a separate bench service)
- Travel beyond 40 km from our Yeonsu-gu office without a quoted surcharge
Process
- Booking — Submit the contact form with model name, approximate TH/s, and photos of your intake area.
- Confirmation — We reply with a date window and any prep steps (clear 60 cm in front of intakes).
- Visit — Ninety minutes on site; you may observe but we ask that fans stay uncovered during testing.
- Report — PDF report and laminated card within three business days.
Preparation
Power on the rig at least thirty minutes before arrival. Remove decorative covers that block intake. Have the purchase receipt or model label visible if warranty seals are a concern.
Pricing basis
From ₩280,000 for a single-rig visit within Incheon. Each additional rig on the same site adds ₩120,000. Travel beyond our standard zone is quoted before confirmation.
