Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 January 2025
1. Acceptance
By accessing desktop-ashfield.click or booking services from Desktop Ashfield Mining Review Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
We provide mining equipment reviews, bench testing, dust-management assessments, and related planning services for hardware typically rated at 0.05 TH/s and above. Service scope is defined in your booking confirmation and on individual service pages.
3. Bookings and payment
On-site services require a 30% deposit unless otherwise stated. Bench services require prepayment before hardware is accepted. Prices on the website are informational; your quote may vary with travel, rig count, and urgency.
4. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate model information, safe electrical access, and disclose any warranty restrictions. You are responsible for backing up pool settings and personal data before bench shipment.
5. Reports and intellectual property
Written reports and photographs we produce remain our copyright. You receive a licence to use them for your own operation and warranty claims. You may not resell or publicly republish full reports without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Our assessments reflect conditions on the test date. We do not guarantee future hash rate, profitability, or hardware lifespan. Liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where Korean law prohibits such limitation.
7. Hardware damage
We exercise reasonable care. Bench and on-site work may require panel removal within manufacturer guidelines. You accept residual risk of handling electronic equipment; disclose known defects before service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Incheon, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
